Rule 10
Sub-committee or task force that can be formed
: (1) The District Child Welfare Committee may form a sub-committee or task force as needed including relevant experts and social workers for the purpose of carrying out any work it has to do in a smooth manner.
(2) The work, duties and rights and procedures of the sub-committee or task force formed in accordance with sub-rule (1) shall be as prescribed by the District Child Welfare Committee.
